SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sales and offers on our website "www.emporiofilati.it" are regulated by these General Terms of Sale. The products purchased on www.emporiofilati.it (website or store) are directly sold by L'EMPORIO by Federico Lazzari ("L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI"). L'EMPORIO is registered to the companies' registration list of the Province of Sondrio, taxpayer's code number LZZFRC46C26F712C and VAT registration number 00081080145. L'EMPORIO by Federico Lazzari is settled in Italy, Via Stelvio 226, Morbegno (SO).

  1. General conditions

    L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI sells products online and carries out its own ecommrece business towards its final customers. These general sales conditions regulate only the offering, forwarding and acceptance of orders of products on Emporio Filati within Emporio Filati registered users and L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI. The customer is kindly asked to print or save a copy of these general conditions. In case of changes or modification of these terms, the conditions present on the website at the moment of the purchase will be applied.


    2. Commercial offer

    3. Prices


    All the prices include VAT.Delivery costs are showed when a product is purchased. Delivery costs are to be added to the product price when the order is finalized, not considering any possible previous of consecutive price variation.


    4. Orders

    5. Warranty and products features

    6. Payments


    To choose a method of payment and check shipping costs, please follow the directions on your purchase order. Pay Pal, Postepay, advanced bank transfer, cash on delivery are accepted.

    7. Shipping and delivery of the products

    Shipping costs are charged to the customer and clearly visible in the order. Delivery service is made by specialized couriers. Delivery will be done within 12 working days, starting from the day of the order, except for storehouse availability.

    No responsibility is taken by L' EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI in case of delivery delays.

    Delivery is to be intended without appointment, at the ground floor and the customer signature is requested. In case of absence, it is possible to pick up the order by the Post Office indicated in the notice. In the case of missing withdrawal, the order is to be considered canceled and the products will be returned to L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer, and the costs for the new shipping will be charged to the customer.

    When delivered, the customer must check the integrity of the package, it should not be damaged, wet, or altered, even in the sealing materials (tape or metal strips).

    If evident damages are present on the package or on the product, the customer may not accept the delivery. It will be returned to L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI with no charges for the customer. Once the delivery document is signed, the customer could not dispute regarding external features of the products. Problems about integrity, correspondence or entirety of the products received must be communicated as soon as possible to L' EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI.

    9. Right of withdrawal

    As regards distance contract,meaning retailers outside business locations, the customer has a right to withdrawal from the contract stipulated with L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI, with no penalties and without specifying the reasons, within 10 days from the delivery of the products purchased on Emporio Filati. To withdraw from the contract, the customer must email us at info@emporiofilati.it giving the following information: order number, returned goods, reaason (optional) and bank account number, if the order has already been paid by bank transfer, in order to deposit the amount.

    In that case, the customer must return the goods to L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI, through a courier within 15 days from the day the customer received th goods.

    Delivery costs are charged to the customer. Right of withdrawal is to be exercised correctly and the following conditions must be respected:
    a. The email containing all the information regarding order number, returned goods, the optional reason of withdrawal, the bank account number must be sent at info@emporiofilati.it within 10 days from the delivery of the goods;
    b. Products must not be used, damaged or washed ;
    c. The returned goods must be sent to L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI in a single shipping. L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI reserves the right to not accept products from the same order shipped at different times;
    d. Products must be given to the courier within 15 days from the day of delivery. If the Right of Withdrawal is applied correctly, L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI will provide to refund customers who paid in advance for the products purchased, net of shipping costs.
    L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI will return total price and shipping costs only when the causes of returning are attributable to L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI, when products do not have granted essential features, have manufacturing defects or for incorrect delivery. Amounts will be returned as soon as possible, in any case within 30 days from the day L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI learns about the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal of a customer. We will provide to refund the amount, as soon as the correctness of the terms is verified.

    If the terms are not respected, the customer could not exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the order coul not be refund, but he/she could have the products back at his/her expenses.

    If the addressee of the delivery and the person who paid for the order are not the same, the refund will be deposit by L' EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI on the account of the person who paid for the order.


    10. Privacy

    Customer personal data are trated by L'EMPORIO CENTRO DEI FILATI according to the law about privacy policy, as specified in the "Privacy" section.

    11. Competent Court


    For any litigation about validity, interpretation or execution of such contract, the Tribunal of Sondrio is to be considered the competent Court.
